Schedule

IVRC2021 will be held in a hybrid format of on-site review and online presentation. There are two stages as follows:

• SEED STAGE:
  September 4-5: On-site review at multiple locations
  Middle September: Online Presentation at VRSJ annual conference
• LEAP STAGE:
  October 31: On-site review in Tokyo
  November 6: Online Presentation

The SEED STAGE will feature about 25 works selected through document screening. The on-site review sessions will be held in several separate locations in Japan, and will be attended by the creators of the works, judges, and corporate partners. The online presentation will be held as part of the annual conference of VRSJ (Virtual Reality Society of Japan), and will mainly consist of posters-style presentations.

The LEAP STAGE will feature around 10 works selected from the SEED STAGE. The on-site review session will be held in Tokyo and will be attended by the creators of the works, judges, and corporate partners. The online presentation will be held as a stand-alone event, and will include Q&A. This online presentation will be open to the public.
